Transaction Processing Team Members
Carruth Compliance Consulting (CCC) is a Tigard-based Third Party Administrator for over 100 School District, Community College, and ESD 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Plans. Our services include: Informational support to plan sponsors and participants via phone, email, and online interfaces, Compliance Monitoring, Transaction Processing, and Plan Document Support.
CCC is seeking part time Transaction Processing Team Members.
The basic tasks of this position include:
*Answering Phones (light to moderate call volume)
*Email correspondence
*Data Entry
*Basic accounting/ bookkeeping skills
*Tracking and documenting issues that arise
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills/qualities:
*2 years experience working in financial services or other customer service heavy office environment
*Strong multitasking ability in a busy, team-oriented setting
*High degree of confidence working in Microsoft Office applications and data entry applications
*Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
CCC offers employees:
*Flexible scheduling in a Monday-Friday business hours schedule (but must be available to work Fridays)
*Paid holiday and PTO employees who have past their first 90 days of employment
*Ability to transition to partial work from home after first 90 days of employment
*A SIMPLE IRA with an employer contribution to all staff members
*$16.50/hr (negotiable based on applicable experience)
