• 2-3 years of personal injury experience
• workers' compensation experience is also a necessity
• the ability to pick up a file, find out its status, and how to move it forward in a timely fashion
• a solid work ethic ie you might have to work before 9am and after 5pm, when the demand calls for it
• excellent communication skills with peers and clients
• quick common sense
• punctuality

• the ability to handle a moderate-to-heavy caseload
