Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Aquatics Manager of the University Club at Arlington will help oversee day to day operations of the aquatic facility.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age and have 3 years minimum experience as a lifeguard.
Must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, AED & First Aid Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience in a supervisor role

Job Duties:

Manage Aquatic Staff - (Essential)
Provide Excellent Customer Service - (Essential)
Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of the aquatic facility - (Essential)
Ensure water chemistry stays compliant with county health department regulations - (Essential)
Assist with set up and break down of swim meets and special events - (Essential)
Other duties as assigned. - (Essential)
