Senior Product Manager – Presence Products
This position is an opportunity to build and grow a presence product line, develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and organization, and help create innovative stakeholder experiences that help thousands of local businesses worldwide with our products.
Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Product Manager to join our growing Presence Product team. You will oversee the company’s entire multi-million-dollar Presence Product Line, and develop solutions for our SMB and National-level clients. You will drive the product vision and strategy, craft requirements, and manage development and integration for front and back end applications. You will also oversee GTM efforts, monitor fulfillment, support escalations, and track reporting and analytics for product and feature optimization. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the Presence Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SMB and National Level clients.
- Product suite includes a BusinessListing distribution product, Chatbot, and SEO
- Evaluate existing Presence Products and toolsets and determine improvement and upgrade opportunities
- Work with cross functional teams to gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements, translate them into product specifications, features, and designs, and launch new product initiatives to improve products and feature-sets.
- Work hand in hand with Marketing and Sales to develop GTM strategy and materials.
- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and industry trends, ensuring that our products are always in line with latest best practices.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, and work with internal Operations and Services teams to develop and track product success metrics.
- Maintain a strong focus on implementing user experience (UX) best practices to create systems and interfaces that save time and create delight with the end-user.
- Continuously analyze metrics to understand performance impacts and processes, making changes as necessary to deliver the maximum benefit to the stakeholders.
- Ensure products/features are created to specifications delivered on schedule.
- Manage other product management tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus.
- 5 - 7 years of direct product management experience working within product development and engineering teams.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Presence Products, including Business Listings (GBP, Facebook, Yelp, etc.), Chat, & SEO with a strong understanding of strategy, search engine ranking factors, website best practices, analytics, toolsets, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience in developing GTM strategy, including content for training and marketing materials
- Knowledgeable in other Digital Marketing solutions & SaaS tools.
- Capable of working with a wide variety of cross functional teams to oversee product fulfillment and track success metrics
- Experience in developing toolsets and applications including APIs, and vendor integration.
- Well versed in Agile methodologies including creating user stories for engineering teams. Knowledge of JIRA a plus.
- Experience with product design, user experience design, and modern UI design a plus.
- Ability to use data-driven and methodical approaches to decision making.
- Expert communication skills to listen, engage, and present to numerous stakeholders including Sales, Service, and Engineering teams
- Expert capabilities in MSFT Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $68,400 and $161,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
