Summer News Reporting Intern
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is seeking a college student or new graduate who is relentlessly curious, willing to learn and eager to develop their journalism career for our 10-week, paid summer reporting internship.
This person will work alongside the Post-Dispatch's award-winning journalists as we cover our vibrant, diverse region of 2.8 million people. You will handle a range of local stories, including public safety, business and news features. You will cover breaking news and be encouraged to develop enterprise ideas.
We are looking for someone with fresh eyes for engaging stories, a track record of excellent work (school publications and websites included) and the willingness to be challenged in a supportive, fast-paced and digitally focused newsroom.
