The Times of Northwest Indiana, a division of Lee Enterprises, is seeking a full-time Transportation Supervisor to oversee a team of drivers and transport of newspapers from our print facility. CDL required.

Essential Duties:
- Ability to operate a 26-ft box truck.
- Ability to operate a riding pallet jack and a manual pallet jack.
- Ability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Possesses basic computer skills(Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows).
- Create weekly driver schedules.
- Monitor, manage and maintain payroll hours.
- Ensure nightly truck inspection forms are completed.
- Complete accident reports and inform manager immediately.
- Maintain all company policies and safety procedures.
- Must work well in a deadline-oriented and fast paced work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the transportation manager.
