Primary PT areas of skill and interest that we are currently seeking: Orthopedics, manual skills, functional skills, optional Pelvic Health and/or Neuro experience.

Job Requirements
-The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting, but new graduates with Orthopedic experience are welcome to apply.
-Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy License
-Experience and/or specialized training in orthopedics.

-Manual Therapy skills
-Dry Needling certified or plan to complete in the first 3 months of employment (covered by CE stipend).

The Physical Therapist will be required to:
- Review and collaborate with PTs and PTAs to carry out detailed treatment plans for their patients
- Work with a team that includes PT Assistants and aides
- Good problem solving and time management skills.
- Use individual decision making skills to develop a treatment plan that produces quality outcomes, not cookie cutter protocols.
- Work with an Electronic Medical Record system and proficient in typing
- Work with our business development team and expand our community reach.
- Communicate with Physicians about patient care and practice growth
- Communicate with Administration regarding billing/case management
