Duties and Responsibilities

Ribway is currently initiating a search for a Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our growing firm. The candidate shall:

  • Assist with preparing proposals and company brochures, tracking potential projects, tracking leads, compiling marketing lists, maintaining and updating company website, scheduling marketing visits, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling conferences and seminars for staff
  • Make visits to potential and prospective clients on occasions
  • Answer phones, mail correspondence, organize and file documents, and place supply orders
  • Work closely and provide support to local and remote engineering staff including preparing reports, preparing minutes or meetings, etc.
  • Ensure prepared documents are in accordance with the Client’s Standards, Guidelines and Company’s Standards. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing marketing and administrative functions 
  • Pleasant personality and team player
  • Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and graphic skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with a team of engineers, surveyors, and other staff.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Adobe Creative Suites, website development software, and other graphic design programs.   

 

Salary/Compensation

  • Part Time or Full Time - $40,000 to $60,000 per year with bonuses depending upon experience.
