GRAVEL PIT OPERATOR

Rogers Construction Inc. is NOW HIRING a SEASONAL Gravel Pit Operator

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with possibility of an occasional Saturday.  Located in Piedmont, SD.

Position requires operating wheel loader, equipment maintenance, maintaining gravel pit roads and stockpiles, loading trucks with specified product, scaling trucks using computer scaling system and processing of payments. 

Must have a valid Operator's License.  CDL not required but deliveries can be an additional task.

This job is seasonal as gravel pit hours are very weather dependent and scaled back during winter months.  Great for a semi-retired schedule. 

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  Pre-employment drug testing is required.   Pay based on experience and some Holidays are paid.
