Experience:

• Recent full-time experience as Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Required)
• Exception for new grad Nurse Practitioner with substantial inpatient experience as Registered Nurse

License/Certification:

• DEA (Required)
• AGACNP or FNP certification (Required)
• IL Nurse Practitioner license (Required)
