The Department of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine is recruiting for a tenure-stream Assistant Professor to conduct additional research for major barriers in defining cellular, biochemical, and molecular aspects of neuronal damage/neurodegeneration in epileptic disorders and Parkinson's disease. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Neuroscience. Successful candidates m ust have outstanding verbal and writing skills as evidenced by publications and presentations. Candidate must have academic credentials appropriate for faculty appointment at the University of Pittsburgh; hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in the United States.
